Beginning January 1, 2021, minimum wage in Washington State will increase from $13.50 to $13.69 per hour.

Here are some additional increases that may be relevant to your business:
Workers who are 14 or 15 years old must be paid at least 85% of the adult minimum wage, which is equivalent to $11.64 per hour.
Seattle minimum wage will increase from $15.75 to $16.69 per hour.
SeaTac minimum wage will increase from $16.34 to $16.57 per hour.
Don't forget! In addition to updates on minimum wage, rules regarding over-time exempt employees have also changed.
