Our Story
Summit Bookkeeping was founded in the summer of 2010 by Candace White to provide Whatcom County with an affordable, efficient and accurate payroll and accounting service.
With over 56 years of combined experience in bookkeeping as well as local, state, and federal tax, Candace and her team are committed to providing business owners with a complete range of capabilities essential to their requirements. Office Administrator
Ashley has experience in customer service and office administration, and is often the first point of contact for new inquiries. She helps ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and her kitty.

Bookkeeper
Brenda has bookkeeping experience in construction, food service, home health care, and small private airlines.
Her hobbies include scuba diving, making stained glass, and silversmithing. Outside of these activities, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Candace
Bookkeeper, Owner
Candace specializes in bookkeeping for retail, e-commerce, healthcare, non-profit organizations, and small start-up companies.
During the weekend you can find her boating, camping, or spending time with family.
Crystal
Bookkeeper, Enrolled Agent (EA)
When it comes to bookkeeping for safety services, rentals, law firms, and realtors, Crystal knows her stuff!
Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her grandkids, and cooking.
Kyle
Bookkeeper
Kyle comes from more than a decade of retail and customer service, bringing with him an enthusiasm for untangling problems.
He spends his free time writing speculative fiction, gaming, and telling stories.
Mary
Bookkeeper, Accounting AAS
Mary is our go-to gal for bookkeeping involving healthcare, commercial rental, and restaurants.
She spends her spare time gardening, sailing, traveling, and practicing her photography.
Nikki
Bookkeeper
Nikki has bookkeeping experience in a little bit of everything including retail, construction, recreation, HOAs and more.
She is a foodie who likes to try new cuisine with her husband, work out, read, work around her farm, spend time and family, and just socialize in general.
