Happy July! We hope you've been staying cool this week. This month is a quarterly month, which means there are many reports and payments due. Check out the list below to see important dates that you may want to jot down:

July 31, 2021

  • L&I Report and Payment for Q2 — L&I

July 31, 2021

  • Paid Family & Medical Leave Report for Payment for Q2 — Paid Leave

August 2, 2021

These reports and returns are generally due on July 31, but since that date is a Saturday, the deadline is moved to the next business day.

  • Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Form 941) for Q2 — IRS

  • State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) Report and Payment for Q2— ESD

  • Quarterly DOR Filers: Excise Tax Return for Q2DOR

What's New

Washington is fully open for business!

It's the day we've been waiting for! Effective 12:01 AM on June 30, businesses were able to return to normal capacity and operations, with limited exceptions for large indoor events. Small Business Flex Fund

Qualifying small businesses owners and non-profits can apply for a new, low interest (between 3-4.5%) loan of up to $150,000, with a loan term of 60- or 72-months. This fund is a public-private partnership aimed at helping those in low-income communities recover and grow as the state reopens.
